Welcome to Adstrex! By using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditionson our digital product sale and services. Please read them carefully as this document outlines Usage Guidelines and End User Policy for Digital Download Products purchased from Adstrex Private Limited. By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: Refers to Adstrex Private Limited and its services.

  • Contributor: A user who uploads and sells media content.

  • Buyer: A user who purchases media content from the platform.

  • Content: Any images, videos, audio, or digital assets uploaded to the platform.

  • License: The terms under which content may be used by buyers.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

  • Users must provide accurate information (name, email, payment details, etc.).

  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Uploading & Selling Content

We offer complete support to grow as a artist and offer 75% commission on the sale of your artworks through our site.

  • Contributors must own full rights to all uploaded content.

  • Content must meet quality standards (no watermarks, high resolution, etc.).

  • No illegal, offensive, or infringing content is allowed.

  • The Contributor should have/create an unique nickname and digital identity.

  • AI-generated content must be labeled accordingly.

  • Contributors grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, market, and distribute their content.

  • Contributors earn a percentage of each sale (e.g., 75%) based on platform policies.

  • Payments to contributors will be processed once the minimum payout threshold is reached.

4. Licensing and Usage

We at Adstrex offer 2 types of Licenses namely personal and Power License. Power License is the extended use commercial license which can be purchased at a fixed nominal cost of $99 at any stage of your relationship with the company.

 

Personal Use License

The Personal Use License permits the use of purchased digital products for individual, non-Extended purposes. This license is suitable for personal projects that are not intended for profit or professional distribution.

Permitted Uses

  • Creation of personal projects such as:

    • Non-monetized personal blogs or social media content.

    • Personal home decor items, including prints or digital displays.

    • Academic projects, including school or university assignments (non-Extended in nature).

  • Sharing products in a private capacity, such as gifts or displays, without monetary benefit.

Prohibited Uses

  • Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of the product, in whole or part, even in modified form.

  • Use in any project or content intended for profit, revenue generation, or brand promotion.

  • Uploading or sharing the product on public platforms, file-sharing websites, or with unauthorized parties.

Power License

The Power License grants permission to use purchased products in projects for profit, professional branding and revenue generation. This license is suitable for businesses, clients, or creators involved in professional or monetized work. Power License works similar to commercial license without any number of usage limits of reuse on commercial platforms.

Permitted Uses

  • Integration of the product into:

    • Brand materials, including logos, advertisements, and promotional content.

    • Digital or physical products for sale, such as websites, apparel, packaging, or merchandise.

    • Marketing campaigns, online advertisements, or client work.

  • Usage in broadcast media, large-scale advertising, or distribution to a mass audience.

  • Design contributions for on-demand services, such as platforms offering customizable merchandise.

5. General Restrictions

These restrictions apply across all license types:

  1. No Redistribution or Resale: Products may not be shared, sold, or distributed in their original or modified form without explicit permission.

  2. No Copyright Claims: Customers may not claim intellectual property rights over the purchased product.

  3. No File Sharing: Purchased files must not be shared with others or uploaded to online platforms.

  4. Mass production of digital products on physical goods: Applies when the digital product is used on the physical product which exceeds 10000 units. To further use the product, you are requested to buy Power+ License. The Details of it will be communicated via support team for the people interested.

Power+ License

This is an extended version of power license with no restriction. It is like co-owning the product with non-restricted and continuous Adstrex support. Get in touch with our support team for more information.

6. DMCA Compliance & Copyright Protection

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that one of our products violates your copyright, you may file a DMCA Takedown Request.

DMCA Takedown Request Requirements

To submit a valid DMCA claim, please provide:

  1. Description of the Copyrighted Work: A detailed explanation of the original copyrighted content you believe has been infringed.

  2. Infringing Material Information: The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.

  3. Your Contact Information: Name, email, physical address, and phone number.

  4. Statement of Good Faith: A declaration that you believe the use of the copyrighted material is unauthorized.

  • Blacklist & Account Restrictions: Restriction of access to future purchases.
